In an effort to become universally accessible, the 21st Athens International Film Festival, in collaboration with the Artists with Disabilities Movement, offers persons with functional impairments the opportunity to attend 10 screening, free of charge!

All you have to do is send a small head shot and your contact information (cell phone number, email) to press@aiff.gr in order to get your 10-film pass issued. Disability passes can be picked up from IANOS bookstore (24 Stadiou St, 1st floor) between 11am and 6pm, Friday, September 24 - Thursday, October 1.

ATTENTION! Providing relevant documentation is mandatory.

The festival pass is personally issued to each individual, allowing the pass holder to claim 10 tickets for any film (except the Opening Gala) at the corresponding box office throughout the duration of the festival. Relevant documentation must be available upon request before you enter each screening.

Look for the programme disability annex regarding accessibility information on movie theaters and screenings. Please be reminded that most Greek films will screen with Greek subtitles, while "Little England" will screen with audio description for people with visual disabilities (Greek SDH: Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard-f-Hearing) - the first screening of its kind in Greece, under the auspices of the Artists with Disabilities Movement.
